Public Safety
Task Execution is Essential for Public Safety
High Reliability is fundamental to efforts in maintaining public safety in cases such as National security, natural disasters, crime prevention, epidemics, mass casualty scenarios and other crises, serving to mitigate risk. High Reliability optimizes coordination and teamwork to prevent deaths and improve quality of life, particularly in time sensitive situations.
Task Execution on a National, and even International Scope is critical for Military Interventions (eg. Ebola prevention, Terrorist Attacks, etc). If these efforts are not executed, our troops are in greater danger, and so are all of us.
Task Saturation, or Cognitive Overload, prevents proper task execution. The HRO Council exists to combat Task Saturation at all levels.
We believe that efforts on a local level to improve Task Execution are critical to achieve greater public safety.
To that end we are exploring ways to work with our local police force and their efforts towards crime prevention and public safety.
